I’m getting lounder back.
I’m being that stone in your shoe.
so shove it in your mouth and chew
swallow this down,
those words of communication.

reality is a pill
bitter but you swallow it down.
tie your shoes, it’s another day.
no man or woman can take that away.

walking down that sidewalk, her hips slight and fragile, her mind wide and soft. eyes at a glance and a glint of small steel, thrown between that rib cage. cross walk change and over to the other side. walking up those stairs, her hips wide and soft, her mind slight and fragile.
a scent of roses and pepermind sticks, a mingling of cold tea and sugar.

no thanks,
she’s not hungry.
